Hello, I’m Carolyn.
I am a Registered Dietitian living in Buffalo, New York. I can distinctly remember the first time I met someone following a gluten free diet, I was 12 years old. I was fascinated even at that young age, by the nutritional science behind this therapeutic diet. Since then, I have obtained my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Dietetics, completed my Master's thesis on celiac disease and have worked in hospital and outpatient nutrition settings.
Today, I am focusing my dietitian training on the area of practice that I am truly passionate about.... helping those following the gluten free and low FODMAP diets.
